Vincent Signorello
Executive Team
Vincent Signorello, President and CEO

As President and CEO, Vincent Signorello oversees all operations of FECI and its subsidiaries. In addition, Mr. Signorello serves as President of Flagler, FECI’s commercial real estate development and management subsidiary.

Prior to joining FECI in 2009, he served as a member of Fortress Investment Group’s private equity team. Previously, Mr. Signorello served in Barclays Capital's New York City-based global commercial real estate group and Lehman Brothers' real estate investment banking and finance units. He also served four years as an officer in the United States Army.

Mr. Signorello holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Boston University and a B.S. from Boston College.

Seth Waugh
Seth Waugh, Vice Chairman, Business Development

As Vice Chairman, Business Development for FECI, Mr. Waugh works with the executive team to identify strategic opportunities across all subsidiary companies. Prior to his role with FECI, Mr. Waugh spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank. During that time, Mr. Waugh served as Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Americas, Chairman of the Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. Board of Directors and is currently Chairman of the DB Americans Advisory Board. Previously, Mr. Waugh was CEO of $2.5 billion hedge fund, Quantitative Financial Strategies and spent 11 years at Merrill Lynch in a variety of capacities. He also produced, organized and executed the Deutsche Bank Championship, a new PGA Tour event, which has been one of the four FedEx Cup playoff events since 2007.

A graduate of Amherst College, Seth earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and English.

Rafael Rodon
Michael A. Bradish, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for FECI, Mr. Bradish is responsible for the Company’s capital markets activities and financial planning, reporting and analysis. The seasoned financial industry veteran has more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining FECI in 2011, Mr. Bradish held senior executive positions with several notable real estate investment and development companies located throughout California including ProLogis (formerly Catellus Development) and CB Richard Ellis. In addition, Mr. Bradish has served as an independent consultant to corporations and private investors on real estate transactions, primarily working to arrange new financing and restructuring existing loans.

Mr. Bradish holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University’s School of Finance.

Kolleen Cobb
Kolleen O.P. Cobb, Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Kolleen O.P. Cobb is responsible for all legal affairs of FECI and its subsidiaries. Ms. Cobb focuses on corporate governance, development projects, land and asset sales and acquisitions, financing, commercial leases, and joint venture transactions and the preparation of service agreements for the development, management and brokerage divisions.

Prior to joining FECI in 2000, Ms. Cobb was with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, a New York-based law firm, where she provided legal advice relating to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial real property and joint venture transactions, including public/private transactions. Ms. Cobb earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Masters of Accounting, and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.

Husein Cumber Headshot
Husein Cumber, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Florida East Coast Industries, Mr. Cumber is responsible for guiding major capital projects from initial concept through development.

Prior to joining FECI, Mr. Cumber served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Florida East Coast Railway (FEC). Previously, Mr. Cumber served as President of H.A. Cumber & Company, a transportation consulting firm specializing in rail, transit and highway projects; Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT); and Assistant to the Secretary for Policy at the USDOT. In 2008, Mr. Cumber was nominated by President George W. Bush to be a member of the Surface Transportation Board.

Mr. Cumber holds a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. National Security from Duke University in 1997.

Rafael Rodon
Rafael Rodon, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Rodon is responsible for pre-development project issues including land use, environmental, traffic and general governmental regulation, as well as property acquisition and seller issues for projects of FECI and its subsidiaries. Mr. Rodon joined FECI in 1988, formerly Codina Group, Inc. Prior to joining FECI, he served as Director of the Miami-Dade County Building and Zoning Department. He also worked with the Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management. Mr. Rodon was appointed by former Florida Governor Jeb Bush to the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority Board of Directors and has also served on the City of Miami’s Planning and Zoning Department FEC Task Force. He previously served as chair of the Environmental Subcommittee of the Builders Association of South Florida.

A registered professional engineer, Mr. Rodon holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Miami.
